About the team

As an Enterprise Operations Engineer you will work alongside experienced engineers to learn how enterprise cloud and on-premises infrastructure is monitored and supported. You will gain hands-on exposure to AWS and Azure, network monitoring, observability tools, and day-to-day IT operations while contributing to operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure monitoring: Monitor basic alerts, infrastructure health, and on-premises network connectivity with guidance from the team.
  • Cloud operations: Learn and support day-to-day AWS and Azure operational activities.
  • Incident support: Help investigate alerts, follow documented procedures, and escalate issues when required.
  • Documentation and reporting: Assist with dashboards, operational documentation, and routine reporting.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify simple ways to improve monitoring or automate repetitive tasks.
  • Team collaboration: Participate in discussions, ask questions, and proactively communicate progress and lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field graduating in summer 2028
  • Full time availability for a 6 month internship starting in February 2027
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing and networking concepts.
  • Strong interest in Cloud Operations, Networking, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • A curious, proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
