Job Description

As a Warehouse Handler, you will manage outbound operations including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch. They ensure shipments, accurate SAP transactions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will work with the warehouse team and report to the Warehouse Team Lead and work onsite in Kancheepuram, India.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage shipping team and monitor daily activities
• Plan and implement picking, packing, staging, and dispatch operations
• Ensure documentation accuracy (DN, Invoice, Packing List, E-way bill)
• Coordinate with transporters for on-time dispatch
• Ensure correct SAP transactions (PGI, delivery confirmation)
• Monitor OTD and dispatch performance
• Perform shipment verification checks
• Resolve shipment issues and discrepancies
• Maintain KPI reports and dashboards
• Follow safety, QMS, and 5S standards

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience with warehouse operations and shipping exposure. SAP and Excel MS office knowledge required.
• SAP knowledge (SD/MM/WM)
• Knowledge in shipping and logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management applications and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using relevant software applications.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Diploma / Any Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar field
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• 3+ years of experience in automotive warehouse
• Hands-on experience in SAP transactions (GRN, TO, cycle count, scrap posting).
• Familiarity with Lean practices and inventory accuracy improvement projects.
