Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.
- Release, add and change process instruction.
- Establish appropriate performance report.
- Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
- Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
- Perform related work as assigned.
- Coordinate with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.
- Give advice for team performance improvement per section goal setting with proper training and supervision.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience at least 3 years in Engineering or related field
PREFERRED:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Knowledge of HDD Process & Technology, HDD Quality Management and ESD & Contamination
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts
SKILLS:
- Fluent English communication and Computer operation
- Problem solving and Decision making skills
- Data analysis skills (Excel, basic statistics)
