ROLE DETAILS

Location: FUJIFILM House of Photography, Covent Garden, London

Pay: £25ph, plus £5 travel allowance

Contract: Temporary, self-employed

Campaign: Selected dates from 6 November to 24 December 2026

Infinite Group is recruiting experienced photographers to support the FUJIFILM Christmas Grotto at the House of Photography in Covent Garden.

This is a busy, customer-facing role capturing high-quality images of children and families. You will need to work efficiently, put families at ease and deliver consistently strong photographs within a structured studio setup.

Event Dates

• Training 6th November
• November: 13-15, 20-22 and 27-30 November 2026
• December: Daily shifts from 1-24 December 2026

Final dates and shift times will be confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Photograph children and families during their Grotto experience
• Create well-composed, engaging and consistently high-quality images
• Direct and pose families confidently within short appointment times
• Work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment
• Help nervous or unsettled children feel comfortable in front of the camera
• Follow the agreed studio setup, photography process and brand guidelines
• Deliver a warm and memorable FUJIFILM customer experience
• Maintain a professional and organised photography area

Essential requirements

• Previous professional photography experience
• Studio, portrait, family or children's photography experience
• A sound understanding of lighting, composition and posing
• Confidence directing and engaging children and families
• Ability to work quickly without compromising image quality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to travel to Covent Garden
• A portfolio or examples of previous photography work

Desirable experience

Experience working at seasonal attractions, retail events or other high-volume photography environments would be advantageous.

Training and equipment

Training on the Grotto setup, equipment and customer journey will be provided. Camera and studio equipment are expected to be supplied at the venue.
