Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in network architecture, security, cloud networking, and large-scale transformations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on technical capabilities to support complex client environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance network architectures across enterprise environments.
Lead network transformation initiatives, including modernization, cloud adoption, and hybrid network solutions.
Develop network standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with business and security requirements.
Architect solutions involving LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, data centers, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, infrastructure) to ensure seamless integration.
Evaluate and recommend networking technologies, tools, and vendors.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers and operations teams.
Conduct network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide root cause analysis.
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, and network virtualization.
Deep knowledge of network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust architecture).
Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, hybrid connectivity).
Proficiency in data center networking (Spine-Leaf architecture, VXLAN, EVPN).
Familiarity with load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC, NGINX).
Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, etc.).
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Industry certifications such as:
oCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) / Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
oAWS / Azure Networking Certifications
Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments.
