🔧 Position Details

Role: Welder / Fabricator

Pay Rate:

• $23 per hour – standard welding tier
• $25 per hour – higher welding tier, based on weld test results

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday
• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Friday overtime currently required, with additional voluntary overtime available

📋 Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience
• No welding certification required
• Must complete an on-site weld test
• Must speak and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive production welding
• Willingness to rotate between different work areas as needed
• Must complete a standard background check
• Must complete required pre-employment drug screening
• Steel toe safety shoes required
