Job Description

As a Security Officer:

You are responsible for:

• Patrolling the security premises
• Monitoring access to secure areas
• Supervising and protecting sensitive data
• Evacuating and initiating emergency measures
• Leading a team of two to six agents
• Preparing and reviewing reports
• Adjusting shift schedules in case of personnel shortages

Qualifications

For this role, you must:

• Have experience in the security field
• Be willing to work irregular hours (3-shift operation, including night and weekend shifts)
• Be familiar with modern technology and possess proficient computer skills
• Be fluent in German, both spoken and written (minimum level B1), and have very good English skills (level B2)
• Hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record
