Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Intern
Location: Hartford

Position Type: Internship / Temporary
Position Summary
The Intern will support day-to-day department activities, project work, and process improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a professional business environment. This role is designed for a student or early-career professional who is eager to learn, contribute to meaningful work, and develop practical skills related to their field of study or career interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with assigned projects, research, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support department goals.
- Learn and use internal systems, tools, and processes relevant to the role.
- Prepare materials, presentations, summaries, or documentation as needed.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes, communication, or team effectiveness.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all work.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree, certificate, or training program in a related field, or recent graduate seeking practical experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship, part-time work, volunteer, project, or campus leadership experience.
- Coursework or experience related to the department or business area.
- Interest in learning about the company, industry, and potential career paths.

Schedule and Duration
This internship is expected to run from June 7th, 2027. The anticipated schedule is full-time schedule and 40 hours per week, with work performed onsite based on business needs.
