Bezos Academy, the operating name of Day 1 Academies (a Delaware nonprofit corporation founded by Jeff Bezos through the Bezos Day One Fund), builds and operates a network of tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools serving children ages 3-5 in under-resourced communities across Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Kentucky, Texas, and Washington.
