Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM

Position Overview

We are looking for a Grinder to join our manufacturing team. This role involves using hand grinders to finish cylinder head and frame castings, remove sharp edges, and prepare parts to meet quality standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with grinding, deburring, metal finishing, or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand grinders to remove sharp edges from castings.
• Clean sanding pockets and perform deburring and chamfering of holes.
• Finish parts according to quality and production standards.
• Work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Perform work that involves standing and regular use of hand and upper-body strength.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous grinding, deburring, metal finishing, casting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using hand grinders or similar power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Comfortable performing hands-on work in various positions and work areas.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.
