Job Summary

We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to support daily payment operations, monitor transaction performance, and ensure smooth and secure payment processing across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor payment channels (success rates, performance, and stability)
• Track deposit and withdrawal transactions; identify and resolve issues
• Handle payment-related inquiries and abnormal transactions
• Support integration and maintenance of payment providers
• Prepare basic reports and assist with data analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience

• 1–3 years in payment operations, fintech, or financial services preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome

Additional Information

• Experience in payment solutions, fintech, or online industries is a plus
• Exposure to multi-country payment systems is an advantage
