About the role

Duolingo is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Program Manager to support and oversee paid marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with creative, campaign managers, agencies and media vendors to plan and execute the performance marketing projects.

This is a remote, project-based role supporting ongoing or time-bound performance marketing initiatives. Expected availability: 20–30 hours per week during U.S. Eastern business hours. The exact scope, duration, and workload will be defined based on program needs.

🧠 You will…

  • Manage end-to-end operations for performance marketing programs, including campaign launches, creative production, analytics projects.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans to support campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with channel owners, agencies, and internal partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with goals.
  • Support the team by tracking cross-functional dependencies (Brand, Creative, Product, Legal) for campaigns as needed.
  • Build and maintain a creative briefing process.

✅ You have…

  • Experience managing performance marketing or paid media programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic tools).
  • Excellent program management skills, including planning, prioritization, and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work 20–30 hours per week, remotely, collaborating during U.S. Eastern business hours.
