Your Role: Operations Training Coordinator
As an Operations Training Coordinator, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring effective administration and execution of training programs for new and existing employees. In this role, you will coordinate, deliver, and measure operations-related training while partnering with supervisors and OJT trainers to build workforce competency and operational readiness.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead trainer and ensure OJT trainers have the skills and resources needed to effectively train employees.
- Monitor onboarding and training progress for new employees to support timely progression to competency in their roles.
- Partner with operations supervisors and OJT trainers to develop training plans, coordinate schedules, and support curriculum development.
- Establish and maintain training KPIs to measure effectiveness and support continued workforce readiness.
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of training documentation while promoting a strong safety and quality culture.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively train others, with strong IT system proficiency.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications)
- Understanding of manufacturing technical operations.
- Knowledge of operational excellence principles and practices.
- Previous experience supporting training programs within a manufacturing or operational environment.
Other Information: This position is onsite at the manufacturing site and works within an operational environment.
