Demand & Supply Planner

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand operational forecast on monthly basis for time horizon of 12 upcoming months. Coordinate seasonal planning (Easter, Valentine, Xmas) according to IC guidelines and in coordination with sales and marketing departments
• Lead regular demand review meetings with KAMs.
• Regular communication with Lindt production plants regarding new product launch/discontinuing process, product availability, order confirmation and other miscellaneous topics
• Lead PIPO (phase-in & phase-out) of new products or any other new initiative in order to avoid overstocks and keep the smooth relisting
• Ensure total stock value of Lindt Poland is in line with sales plans, minimize out of stock situation, and reduce excess overstocks by defining actions (CFR results, inventory value).
• Overstock monitoring and regularly assess the stock from expiry point of view and assess stock aging volume.
• Collect and share best practices in CEE region in area of sales planning and forecasting.
• Review historical sales trends and evaluate forecast results (forecast accuracy = BIAS, SFA) after the shipment.

Our requirements

• Very good Excel knowledge is a must
• English min. B2 (daily work in English language) is a must
• Very good knowledge of SAP, SAP APO
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Openness and boldness to gathering information
• Strong synthesis and analysis information
• Adaptability and quick responsive for changing business demands
• Constantly looking for solutions to answer the business needs
• Ability to creating process & tools for products planning
• Very good organization and time management skills
• Accuracy, conscientiousness
