How you'll make an impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
- Drive manufacturing improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Design and implement efficient production processes and workflows.
- Partner with operations, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Champion a safety-first culture through risk identification and corrective actions.
- Improve manufacturing quality through root cause analysis and process control enhancements.
- Evaluate equipment, tooling, facility layouts, and material flow to maximize efficiency.
- Serve as a technical leader for process optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of manufacturing engineering or related manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience leading teams and developing technical professionals.
- Proven success driving process improvements and manufacturing engineering projects.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on operational excellence.
