POSITION PURPOSE:

This candidate will play a key role in supporting the Presidents and Co-Heads of the Global Client Group, in defining and executing the strategic vision for the firm’s institutional and private wealth business growth. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management and analytical skills to help drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance the firm’s wealth platforms globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in wealth management, private markets and/or asset management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the firm’s Global Client platforms.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor positioning to inform strategy.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Project Management: Oversee key initiatives from inception to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Executive Support: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 Years Required; Relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, private markets, investment banking, or asset/wealth management.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating materials for senior executives.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and urgency.
  • Experience with global wealth management strategies and structures is a plus.
  • Desire to join a growing asset management platform with the highest ethical and performance standards.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. For this role, bonus compensation may be a significant part of the total compensation. The anticipated base salary range for the position in New York, NY is $100,000 - $125,000.
