Pool Technician at Platinum Pool Service

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Experienced Pool Technician with 3+ years of pool maintenance experience to join our team. You’ll perform hands-on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and, most importantly, deliver excellent service with a smile.

• Competitive pay of $25-$33/hour based on experience

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season

Pool Technician Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Repair and install pool equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs
• Document service visits and keep accurate records
• Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go
• Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members

Pool Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in pool maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license

Preference for the following:

• Pool industry certifications (CPO, CST, etc.)
• Familiarity with pool automation systems
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
