Position Summary
The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing facility, including raw material input, processing, screening, packaging, and shipping. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, managing site budgets, ensuring strict compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, and leading a multi-disciplinary team of technicians and laborers. The Plant Manager will also coordinate labor resource allocation in line with customer delivery requirements and equipment work orders, in coordination with the Operations Manager and Customer Relations/Production Manager. The Plant Manager will also provide oversight for the field service teams providing cryogenic services.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of operations management experience in a heavy industrial setting, specifically within mineral processing, mining, aggregates, or cement manufacturing
- Education: Technical degree in Mining, Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, desired. Equivalent experience in lieu of formal education will be considered
- Regulatory Expertise: Practical knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety protocols, and environmental permitting
- Technical Skills: Understanding of mineral processing systems required. Mechanical and electrical trade experience required, with previous hands-on experience. Must be comfortable in confined spaces and able to work at heights up to 200 feet with personal protective equipment and fall prevention devices. Ability to work seamlessly with MS Office applications key to success
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse workforce teams, resolving operational bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies
