About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily financial operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Support audits, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist management with financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the online gaming industry or other fast-paced industries.
• Professional accounting or finance certifications are an advantage.
