Your Role:
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will translate Elanco’s brand strategy into commercial execution across Direct Sales and Distribution channels in the Pet Health market. You will lead channel and segment plans for Pet Retail, Veterinary Clinics, and Distribution, helping partners and customers prioritize the Elanco portfolio. The role will drive sell-out growth, improve return on marketing investment, and strengthen execution through the Perfect Store framework and data-driven performance management.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing strategies and channel plans across Pet Retail, Veterinary Clinics, Direct Sales, and Distribution, including launches, promotions, loyalty initiatives, and point-of-sale execution.
- Define and monitor Perfect Store standards, visibility, share of shelf, and numerical distribution through field visits, execution audits, and corrective actions.
- Lead performance management through key performance indicators such as sell-out, return on investment, share of shelf, and Perfect Store metrics; conduct business reviews with Sales and Distribution partners and recommend course corrections.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Trade Marketing Analyst while influencing Sales, Technical, Marketing, distributors, and external partners to achieve aligned execution targets.
- Manage Trade Marketing operations, including supplier selection and performance, event coordination, promotional material approvals and distribution, supplier agreements and payments, campaign implementation, and Opex planning and monitoring.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- 6+ years of Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales experience, preferably within the Pet Health, fast-moving consumer goods, or over-the-counter industries.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.
- Strong background in managing execution through indirect distribution models and complex sales structures, including channel planning for retail, veterinary, and distribution environments.
- Advanced capability in data analysis, KPI reporting, trend monitoring, and business performance tracking using Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Fluency in English

- Deep understanding of the Brazilian Pet industry and retail dynamics.
- Experience with Category Management and Shopper Insights.
- Experience managing Trade Marketing budgets, Opex planning, and return on investment for commercial activations.
- Experience leading business reviews and coordinating alignment across Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Distribution teams.
- Spanish language proficiency.
