Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Greenwich, CT | Per Diem | Starting at $55.00/Hour

Provide One-on-One Care That Makes a Lasting Difference Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Pediatric Division. This position provides one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 2-year-old pediatric client in Greenwich, CT.

This is a rewarding, low-acuity case involving tracheostomy care for a child who continues to make incredible progress following successful brain surgery. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive family while helping a young child continue to reach important developmental milestones in the comfort of their home. • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Starting at $55.00 per hour
• Immediate Start Available

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
• Tracheostomy experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable
