Location: Remote / Work From Home Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for telesales, call center, online gaming, and other fast-paced operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions.
• Post jobs on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for telesales, call centers, BPOs, online gaming, or similar high-volume industries.
