Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payment Customer Service Supervisor to lead customer operations, oversee payment and settlement processes, monitor team performance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in payment operations, customer management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team performance through KPIs and operational targets
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to support business growth
• Oversee payment and settlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction handling
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and exceptions
• Monitor transaction activity and collaborate with risk and compliance teams when required
• Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payment operations, customer operations, or related fields
• Strong understanding of payment processing and settlement workflows
• Experience managing teams and analyzing operational data
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
