Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Live-In HHAs and Drivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients throughout Nassau County.

Westbury, Glen Cove, Sea Cliff, Oyster Bay and surrounding communities.

We offer a variety of live-in schedules to fit your availability. Available Schedules

• 3-Day Live-In Cases
• 4-Day Live-In Cases
• 5-Day Live-In Cases
• Weekend Live-In Cases
• Driver opportunities available

Starting Rate: $255.45 per day

Work With Someone You Know Have a friend, family member, or another HHA looking for live-in work? Refer another HHA and coordinate a case together. Splitting a live-in case can be a great way to work with someone you know while providing consistent care to the client.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities for driver assignments
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the client

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for driver assignments
• Clean driving record preferred
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
