業務内容

BSIグループジャパンでは、People（人事）チームの体制強化に伴い、HR Generalistを2名募集しています。

このポジションは、人事の一つの領域だけを担当する仕事ではありません。

社員の入社から退職までのEmployee Lifecycle全体に関わり、Onboarding、雇用契約、Payroll Coordination、Benefits、Leave Management、HR System、Employee Supportなど、幅広い人事業務を担当します。

また、社員・管理職にとって身近なPeople Teamの窓口として、日々のさまざまな人事相談に対応しながら、必要に応じてEmployee Relations SpecialistやPeople Partner、APAC・GlobalのPeople Teamとも連携します。

主な業務

・社員・管理職に対する日常的なHR SupportおよびAdvice

・Onboarding／入社手続き

・雇用契約およびEmployee Dataの変更・管理

・Benefits、Leave Management等の運用

・Payrollに必要な情報の取りまとめ、Payroll Coordination

・Offboarding／退職手続き

・HR/HCM Systemを使用したEmployee Recordsの管理

・HR Policy、Procedure、Employee Lifecycleに関する一次的な問い合わせ対応

・管理職に対するPeople Processのサポート

・Employee Relations案件の一次対応、内容の整理および適切なEscalation

・日本の雇用・労働法制に沿ったHR Operationsの運用

・Regional／Global People Initiativeの日本への導入支援

・HR Process、Employee Experienceの継続的な改善

・HR Administratorへの日常的なGuidance、Support

■ 社員・管理職に近いHR

単にHR Administrationを処理するだけのポジションではありません。

社員や管理職からの相談を受け、状況を理解し、必要な情報を確認したうえで、適切なHR Supportを提供します。

制度やProcessを分かりやすく説明し、社員・管理職から「まず相談したい」と思ってもらえるPeople Partnerであることを大切にしています。

■ HR OperationsからER・HRBPへ経験を広げられる

日常的なEmployee Relations案件について一次対応を行い、必要に応じてER SpecialistやPeople Partnerと連携します。

HR Operationsの経験を活かしながら、Employee RelationsやStakeholder Managementなど、より幅広いHR領域へ専門性を広げることができます。

■ HRの仕組みをより良くする

日常業務だけでなく、Regional／Global HR Initiative、HR System、Process Improvementにも関わります。

決められたProcessを運用するだけではなく、

「もっとシンプルにできないか」

「社員や管理職にとって、より良いHR Experienceにできないか」

をPeople Teamと一緒に考え、改善していくこともこのポジションの重要な役割です。
