General Labor / Lumber Yard Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Mansfield, OH Pay: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a General Labor / Lumber Yard Associate to join our team in Mansfield, Ohio. This is a hands-on position in a lumber and building materials environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, comfortable performing physical labor, and able to work safely around lumber, tools, and other building materials.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady, full-time 1st shift position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties throughout the lumber yard and facility
• Handle, move, stack, and organize lumber and building materials
• Assist with daily yard and facility operations
• Use basic hand tools as needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Safely work around lumber, tools, equipment, and building materials
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Dependable and reliable with good attendance
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Able to safely lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Able to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Comfortable working in an active lumber yard environment
• Must provide your own hammer and tape measure

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• $17.50 per hour
• Full-time
