⭐ Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening & Overnight Care (Sewell, NJ)

Location: Sewell, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

Provide meaningful, life‑changing 1:1 pediatric care for a child who truly depends on skilled nursing support. Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a pediatric patient in Sewell, NJ diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome, requiring seizure monitoring and G‑tube care during both evening and overnight hours.

This role offers steady, rewarding work and the opportunity to build a supportive, long‑term relationship with the family.

⭐ Available Shifts

Coverage requested four nights per week:

• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

⭐ About the Case

• Pediatric patient with Dravet Syndrome
• Seizure monitoring and safety precautions
• G‑tube care AM/PM
• Consistent evening and overnight schedule
• Supportive, engaged family

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
• Monitor for seizures and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Manage G‑tube feedings and routine care
• Collaborate with the family and our pediatric clinical leadership team to ensure high‑quality, consistent care

⭐ Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

⭐ What You Bring

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Preferred experience with seizure disorders, Dravet Syndrome, or G‑tube care
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
