Maintenance Technician

Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Weekend Only

Location: Garland, TX Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays only - Approximately 24 hours/week Shifts: Days & Nights

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support weekend operations in Garland, TX. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help ensure safe, reliable operation of facility and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns and operational issues.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns.
• Perform basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.
• Complete maintenance tasks and documentation accurately and safely.
• Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
• Respond to weekend maintenance needs and minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment repair.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely use common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Reliable and available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
