As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Plumbing Estimator to join their team.
The Commercial Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive plumbing estimates for a wide range of commercial projects, including new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction processes, and the ability to analyze project specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a plumbing estimator, preferably in a commercial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Fast Est estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
