Das kannst du bewirken

• Du montierst im Team verschiedene Komponenten (Wicklungen, Kern, Aktivteil, Schaltschränke, Isolatoren, usw.) unserer insgesamt bis zu mehreren hundert Tonnen schweren Transformatoren
• Du bedienst die dafür erforderlichen Werkzeuge und Maschinen
• Du transportierst Komponenten, Arbeitsmaterialien, Isolierteile, usw. mittels Kran, Stapler und Luftkissen
• Du führst kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen durch, u.a. anhand von Kontrollkarten
• Du sorgst stets für Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
• Du klärst offene Fragen und Hindernisse mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen, z.B. Qualität, Engineering und Arbeitssicherheit

Das bringst Du mit

• Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick, idealerweise auf Basis einer abgeschlossenen Facharbeiterausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem handwerklichen Beruf
• Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeiten mit technischen Zeichnungen
• Eine Ausbildung zum Bedienen von Kränen, Staplern oder Hubarbeitsbühnen ist von Vorteil
• Gute Teamfähigkeit, präzises Arbeiten sowie hohes Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst
