Per Diem HHA – Nassau County $19.65–$20.00 Per Hour | Drivers Needed Affirmed Home Care – New York’s Premier Concierge Home Care Agency

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients throughout Nassau County.

Drivers are needed for current Nassau County cases. Opportunities are available in areas including

Port Washington, Garden City, Glen Cove and surrounding communities.

Position Highlights

• Per Diem HHA
• $19.65–$20.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling

• Driver’s license required for select cases

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Valid driver’s license – REQUIRED for select cases
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
