Business Project Manager

Candidate Profile ∙7–10+ years' Project/Programme Management experience delivering complex business and technology transformation. ∙Strong techno-business orientation, with the ability to engage confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams. ∙Proven experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery. ∙Strong planning, RAID, dependency, stakeholder and delivery management skills. ∙Experience across the full delivery lifecycle: requirements → design → build → integration → test → deploy → hypercare/BAU. ∙Strong ownership mentality – drives outcomes rather than simply tracking and reporting status. ∙Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills. ∙Experience in Hospitality, Retail, F&B, Digital Commerce, POS, Order & Pay, Payments or similar customer-facing transformation programmes would be highly desirable. ∙Exposure to POS, digital ordering, payment, inventory or other enterprise platforms would be advantageous. Key requirement: A hands-on, proactive Techno-Business PM who takes ownership of the overall workstream outcome across business, technology, operations and multiple delivery partners.
