What You'll Do

As a Talent Partner, you will:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates
• Screen and evaluate talent
• Submit candidates for open opportunities
• Coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate relationships
• Support assignment extensions and redeployments
• Build your recruiting pipeline and referral network
