- Monitor volume of candidates available to fill open positions through oversight of the Recruiting team’s efforts.
- Establish and manage relationships with colleges and universities to promote Cogent Analytics as a viable employer in the community.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports outlining challenges and opportunities within the recruiting efforts.
- Develop and provide continuous training to members of the recruiting team to ensure their success.

- Regular communication with CA leadership to assess staffing needs, both current and forecasted.
- Regular participation in all functions of the recruiting process.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other platforms.
- Assist in the maintenance of the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
- Review resumes collected and consider their fit for an Overview Discussion (first-round interview).
- Communicate with candidates to schedule first-round interviews.
- Conduct first-round interviews to assess the candidate’s cultural, experiences and basic skill set.
- Progress candidates through the Cogent Analytics recruiting system appropriately.
- Communicate with candidates not moving forward in a timely and respectable manner.
- Research and present alternative sources for candidates.
- Communicate regularly with the Human Resources team regarding pipeline status of candidates.
- Meet standards and metrics of production in categories such as resume review, first contact, interviews conducted, source potential candidates.

The Recruiter will be responsible for the execution efforts to source, evaluate, and interview candidates, ensuring sufficient and appropriate candidates to fill open and available positions across Cogent Analytics (CA) clients. The Recruiter must have recruiting experience in a Executive Search or Corporate setting, as well be adept in the use of various recruiting platforms.
