Hitachi Énergie est à la recherche de nouveaux diplômés dans le cadre de son programme canadien de rotation des diplômés Power+ qui débutera en juin 2027. En tant que diplômé du programme Power+, vous prendrez part à un parcours professionnel rotatif à temps plein d’une durée de 18 mois, dans le cadre duquel vous aurez l’occasion d’explorer différentes unités d’affaires et différents sites. Vous compléterez un total de trois rotations d’une durée de six mois chacune dans au moins deux unités opérationnelles différentes.

Le lieu de base du programme est Montréal, au Canada. Toutefois, les rotations peuvent également se dérouler à divers sites à l’échelle du Canada. Le diplômé doit donc être en mesure de voyager ou de déménager dans différents endroits au Canada dans le cadre du programme, avec la possibilité de réaliser une rotation internationale.

Le programme de rotation des diplômés Power+ du Canada offre d’excellentes occasions d’apprentissage, notamment une formation technique et sur les produits, une expérience sur le terrain de sites industriels et une formation avec des technologies de pointe. Les diplômés devront faire preuve de leadership personnel, d’esprit d’équipe et de collaboration, et avoir un niveau élevé d’initiative, de confiance en soi et de soif d’apprentissage.

Votre parcours

• Détenir une formation en STIM (sciences, technologie, ingénierie et mathématiques) : un atout, mais non requis
• Être récemment diplômé universitaire (au cours des 2 dernières années)
• Être prêt à déménager pour 3 rotations à l’échelle du Canada
• Être bilingue (anglais et français) : un atout
• Détenir de bonnes habiletés de communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
• Faire preuve d’ambition, de curiosité et d’un large éventail d’intérêts
• Faire preuve d’esprit d’équipe, de souplesse et d’ouverture aux nouvelles idées
• Détenir préalablement une autorisation de travail permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Énergie au Canada

General Information

Hitachi Energy is seeking recent graduates to join the Canada Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting in June of 2027. As a Power+ Graduate, you will be a part of a full-time, 18-month rotational career journey where graduates will have the opportunity to explore different business units and locations. You will rotate every six months through at least two different business units to complete a total of 3 rotations.

The program’s home location is Montréal, Canada. However, assignments may also take place at various locations across the country. As such, Power+ Graduates must be able to travel and relocate to various locations in Canada, with the opportunity to participate in an international rotation during the program.

The Canada Power+ Graduate Rotational Program provides excellent learning opportunities such as technical and product training, industry site experience, and training with leading-edge technologies. Graduates must demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and curiosity to learn.

Your Background

• STEM background preferred, but not required
• Be a recent university graduate (within past 2 years)
• Be willing to relocate for 3 rotations across Canada
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Good communication skills – oral and written
• Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest
• Team player who is flexible and open for new ideas
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada
