We currently have immediate per diem opportunities throughout Westchester County, offering flexible 6–12 hour day shifts that fit your schedule and availability.

Your Role:

As a Per Diem HHA, you will provide meaningful support and companionship while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide medication reminders and routine support
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help create a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid New York State HHA Certification
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within required timeframe
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
