Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst - EMEA to join our high performing and collaborative Payroll team.
What you’ll own
As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering an accurate and compliant payroll service for colleagues across the UK business.
Key responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with PAYE and statutory payments.
- Maintain employee pay, benefits, and payroll records.
- Support HMRC reporting and year-end activities, including P11Ds and P60s.
- Administer pensions and flexible benefits.
- Manage payroll data from Workday and liaise with the payroll provider.
- Resolve payroll queries from colleagues and external agencies.
- Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll documentation support (P45s, P60s, etc.).
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience
- Good UK legislation knowledge
- Some exposure to producing monthly reports
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written form.
- Focused, proactive self-starter with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Passion for attention to detail and getting it right first time
- Able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
- Experience of dealing with large volumes of data
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience using systems: ADP Streamline, IHCM, Workday
- CIPP desirable
- Experience supporting additional countries within the EMEA region would be a plus
