EMEA Payroll Analyst

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst - EMEA to join our high performing and collaborative Payroll team.

What you’ll own

As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering an accurate and compliant payroll service for colleagues across the UK business.

Key responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with PAYE and statutory payments.
• Maintain employee pay, benefits, and payroll records.
• Support HMRC reporting and year-end activities, including P11Ds and P60s.
• Administer pensions and flexible benefits.
• Manage payroll data from Workday and liaise with the payroll provider.
• Resolve payroll queries from colleagues and external agencies.
• Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll documentation support (P45s, P60s, etc.).

What you'll bring

• A minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience
• Good UK legislation knowledge
• Some exposure to producing monthly reports
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written form.
• Focused, proactive self-starter with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Passion for attention to detail and getting it right first time
• Able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
• Experience of dealing with large volumes of data

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience using systems: ADP Streamline, IHCM, Workday
• CIPP desirable
• Experience supporting additional countries within the EMEA region would be a plus

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
