Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Customer Follow-up Executive to support ongoing client communication and relationship management. This is a non-office-based role focused primarily on following up with clients, responding to inquiries, and coordinating client-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Coordinate and assist with client-related requests and matters.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication with clients.
• Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese and English is required due to regular communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
