Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence
- Communicate safety initiatives, processes, and standards across teams
- Train, coach, and support employees on safety best practices
- Monitor compliance and manage nonconformance effectively
- Guide leaders and teams on accident prevention strategies
- Support risk assessments across workspaces, tools, and tasks
- Lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions
- Maintain and improve safety systems aligned with ISO standards
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations within manufacturing
- Proven experience developing and managing safety systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ASP or CSP certification preferred
