Your Role: Sales Specialist - Pet Health
As a Sales Specialist - Pet Health, you will execute preset sales strategies to meet targets in designated geographic and market segments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing customer relationships, managing distributor networks, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement sales policies and visit customers to assess needs, suggesting appropriate products and services to build long-term relationships.
- Identify and research prospective customers to generate future sales and repeat business within assigned territories.
- Plan and optimize the distributor network while negotiating prices and delivery times to meet revenue targets.
- Manage money collection targets and monitor customer credit limits to mitigate financial risk.
- Establish periodic sales plans and provide market intelligence on competitor activity to the organization.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Animal Science.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 year of experience in a relative sales or technical function.
- Strong technical background and product knowledge.

- Experience in the animal health industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage distributor networks

- Travel: 90%
- Location: Wuhan, Hubei
