Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, including up to 8 years in Java backend and microservices environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Pega modules, managing user stories and technical tasks to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
  • Architect and develop scalable Pega application interfaces and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with external systems.
  • Enforce best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding standards to maintain consistency and technical excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Pega applications, optimizing performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Pega solutions.
