Essential Job Duties:
The HR Business Parter will be part of the Human Resources team supporting the US Onshore Resources and Carbon Management (ORCM) business segment.
- Partner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, programs and employee-related matters.
- Support talent management activities, including workforce planning, employee development, retention, and onboarding initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations and performance management processes by providing coaching, policy interpretation, and issue resolution support.
- Analyze and report workforce data and trends to support business decisions and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR centers of expertise and business leaders to implement engagement, change management, and compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial & Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field with a graduation date in December 2026 – May 2027
- Must have at least a 2.85 GPA overall and in major
- Proactive and results-driven individual who has high learning agility and is resourceful and innovative.
- Leadership aptitude, including the ability to collaborate and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders in the business and HR teams
- Strong Excel skills; ability to manipulate and analyze data using pivot tables, v-lookups, and Excel formulas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical capabilities, advanced statistics skills, leverages data to generate insights and drive evidence-based recommendations
