Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager

As a Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager, you will turn marketing data into clear insights that help clients make better decisions and improve campaign performance. You will analyze performance across paid media, SEO, content, email, social, and other digital channels while developing reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to meaningful business outcomes.

You will work closely with strategists, channel specialists, account managers, and clients to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop marketing measurement and reporting strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Analyze performance across paid, organic, content, email, social, and other marketing channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports for clients and internal teams.
• Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, CAC, CPL, ROAS, revenue, and customer acquisition trends.
• Analyze attribution and customer journeys to understand how channels contribute to business results.
• Identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities through quantitative and comparative analysis.
• Partner with marketing specialists to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and marketing measurement frameworks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their key performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, spreadsheets, and other analytics or reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Experience with attribution, conversion tracking, funnel analysis, and marketing performance measurement.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client reporting requirements.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Tag Manager, CRM analytics, data visualization, experimentation, or marketing mix modeling.
