Marketing Automation Specialist

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will design, implement, and optimize automated marketing journeys that help clients attract, nurture, convert, and retain customers. You will work across email, CRM, lead management, segmentation, and reporting to create personalized experiences that support measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with content, paid media, analytics, and account teams to connect marketing activities and ensure leads move effectively through the customer journey.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and manage automated email campaigns, workflows, nurture sequences, and customer journeys.
• Develop audience segments and personalization strategies based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and business goals.
• Configure lead nurturing, scoring, routing, and follow-up workflows in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Create and optimize email templates, forms, landing pages, and other automation assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and funnel progression.
• Conduct A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, timing, segmentation, and automation paths.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and retention through automation.
• Maintain data quality, workflow logic, integrations, and campaign documentation.
• Collaborate with content, paid media, analytics, and account teams to align automation with broader marketing strategies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, lead nurturing, and marketing funnels.
• Experience building automated workflows and analyzing campaign performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into practical automation workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with CRM integrations, lead scoring, HTML/CSS for email, GA4, reporting platforms, B2B marketing automation, e-commerce lifecycle marketing, or AI-powered marketing tools.
