Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help maintain accurate and up-to-date company information. You will enter, review, and update data across internal systems and spreadsheets, while ensuring information is complete and accurate.

This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently with repetitive tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets
• Review data for accuracy and correct errors
• Maintain organized digital records
• Identify missing or inconsistent information
• Follow established data entry procedures
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or similar experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing and computer skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems
• Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Previous remote work experience
• Experience with CRM, database, or business management systems

COMPENSATION

$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
