Order Entry Clerk

We are looking for an Order Entry Clerk to help process and maintain accurate customer and order information. You will enter orders into company systems, review details for accuracy, and help resolve missing or incorrect information.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Enter customer orders into company systems
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness
• Update order and customer information when needed
• Identify and flag missing or incorrect details
• Follow up on order-related questions and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate order records
• Complete assigned orders and tasks on time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, administration, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing and computer skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems
• Organized and able to handle repetitive tasks consistently
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous order entry or processing experience
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems
• Food service, retail, or hospitality experience

COMPENSATION

$17–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
